01 / EMPLOYEE ENTRANCE
The employee entrance begins with language selection. This screen offers English, Japanese, Haitian Creole, Korean, Spanish, and Chinese. It gives a diverse manufacturing workforce a clear starting point for the call-in process.

02 / EMPLOYEE IDENTIFICATION
Next, the employee enters a first name, last name, and phone number. For this overview, we stop at the entrance and use existing sample records to show what supervisors and H R can see.

03 / SUPERVISOR VISIBILITY
The supervisor dashboard brings attendance information into an assigned scope. Here, the administrator preview shows the sample supervisor, Alex Mercer, with access to the Steel department. The dashboard displays scheduled associates, reported absences, and current absence notifications.

04 / REPORTING
The reporting screen helps H R find and organize absence submissions. Filters include dates, plants, departments, shifts, classifications, and reasons. In this sample view, twenty-one reports are in the selected period. An Excel export is available for further reporting.

05 / NOTIFICATIONS
Notification settings provide separate rules for supervisors, H R review, and management action. Each rule shows its trigger and the information included in the email. These are existing configured rules; we are not sending a test notification in this video.

06 / HR FOLLOW-UP
The H R review queue keeps follow-up work visible. Sample cases show workflow status, documentation requirements, classification, and protected leave indicators. H R can see which records need attention and open the appropriate review.
